9 a.m. - i was so wanting to eat last night, but i didn't cheat. and so onward to day three. feeling fine. the morning salty brew went down okay.

1p.m. - nothing to report. except that i am frequenting the ladies room like no other. i guess that is something to report.

8 p.m. - just got back from dinner. yup. dinner. i ate. f' this cleanse.
