And the MVP Award Goes to

"ooooOoOo pick me! pick me!" ...KOBE BRYANT! Congratulations to the Kobesters on this long awaited, and LONG OVERDUE, award. Eric, my guestblogger, wrote a piece about this very topic not too long ago, so naturally we here at sosupersam (ha. ha.) are so excited for this announcement. I just watched the NBA press conference online. It was a beautiful little ceremony, minus all the Kia corporate plugs (how obnoxious!). Kobe will now join Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Magic Johnson, and Shaquille O'Neal as the 4th Laker to earn the MVP award in the history of the NBA.

Yay Kobe! You totally deserve it!!!
