The Bazaar

We finally got around to trying The Bazaar, Jose Andres' molecular gastronomy food carnival on La Cienega. In the two years that it has been open, I've heard and read so many things about this place. And two years later, Bazaar lived up to its expectations...the ambience, the service, and the food were all incredible! These were my favorite plates from our meal:

Boneless chicken wings with olive puree.

Tortilla de patatas.

Serrano Jamon.

And the highlight of my night was the foie gras cotton candy!
