Jiro Dreams of Sushi
Today I attended a private screening of "Jiro Dreams of Sushi," a gorgeous documentary about sushi culture through the eyes of Jiro Ono. Awarded a solid 3-Michelin star rating, many agree that his restaurant Sukiyabashi Jiro is the best sushi in the world.
Congrats to David Gelb on a beautiful film, and thank you to my friend Michal for the invitation to the screening! I was inspired and was salivating over the luscious sushi from start to finish. I hope one day to experience Sukiyabashi Jiro for myself! This is is a must-see documentary for any sushi lover, food lover, and anyone passionate about their craft.
