Commissary

Last week, I DJ'ed at Commissary, my go-to coffee joint when I'm mid-city. During my 7p-10p set, they served treats like Cool Haus mint chip ice cream topped with a shot of espresso, as well as pork sliders from the Flat Iron Truck. The coffee kept flowing, and I was bouncing off the walls by the end of the evening.

If you're in the Fairfax/Melrose area, definitely stop by. They brew amazing coffee brands like Coava, Victrola, and Sightglass. My favorite drink there is the iced Cubano.
